Julio Madrid Agudelo, a native of Colombia, is from Highland Park, New Jersey. He was instituted in both the Ministry of Acolyte and the Ministry of Lector. He is the son of Bernardo and Gloria Madrid Agudelo of Medellin, Colombia. He graduated from I.E. Monseñor Gustavo Calle Giraldo High School, Medellin, Antioquia, Colombia in 2004 and studied first theology at Seminario Misionero del Espiritu Santo in La Ceju, Antioquia prior to coming to Saint Vincent Seminary.

Peter D. Crowe of Boalsburg is the son of Robert E. Crowe of Boalsburg and the late Susan M. Crowe. He is a 2004 graduate of State College Area High School. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science from Hampden Sydney College in Hampden Sydney, Virginia, in 2008. He completed the pre-theology program at Gannon University, Erie, in 20113.

Britton Clark Hennessey is the son of Matthew and Janet Hennessey of Augusta, Kentucky. He graduated from Augusta High School in Kentucky in 2000, and earned a bachelor of business administration degree with an emphasis in business information systems from Morehead State University, Kentucky, in 2004.
Joseph C. Shelton of Union, Kentucky, is the son of Kennth J. and Theresa K. Shelton of Union. He is a 2008 graduate of Ryle High School. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science from Truman State University, Kirksville, Missouri, in 2012.

Peter Ren of Xi’an, China, is the son of Xiao Ni Ren and Fengmei Sun of Xi’An, China. He is a 2004 graduate of Zhouzhi High School, Xi’An. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy from Beijing Diocesan Seminary, Beijing, China in 2009.
John Shi of Wu Hai, China, is the son of Huru Shi and Chun Xiang Wang of Wu Hai, Inner Mongolia, China. He is a 2007 graduate of Chahar Right Front Banner No. 1 Middle School, Ji Ning City, Inner Mongolia. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from Bejing Diocesan Seminary in 2010.

David E. Carter of Parkville, Maryland, is the son of the late Kenneth and Shirley Carter. He is a 1972 graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. He received a bachelor of science degree in history from Towson State University, Towson, Maryland, in 1976, and studied education at Loyola University, Maryland, from 1987 to 1991. He did additional graduate work at Saint Mary’s Seminary and University from 2001 to 2007.
David A. Whiteford of Waterford is the son of Gerald and Susan Whiteford of Waterford. He is a 2009 graduate of Collegiate Academy, Erie. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in history from Gannon University, Erie, in 2013.

Brother Louis Carey, O.S.B., of Cleveland is the son of Martin Francis Carey and Kathleen Carey of Euclid, Ohio. He is a 1988 graduate of Benedictine High School, Cleveland. He has an associate degree in applied electronic technology (1991) and a bachelor of electronic engineering technology (1993) from ETI Technical College. He studied philosophy at John Carroll University, University Heights, Ohio, graduating in 2012.
